The faces of three of the North East’s most wanted men have been released as part of a national appeal to put the criminals behind bars.
The National Crime Agency (NCA), who issue appeals for some of the most dangerous and sought after criminals in the UK, have renewed their appeal to find three of the region’s criminals that they have been tracking through police forces.

As part of the appeal, the NCA have said that Northumbria Police currently have ongoing warrants out for the arrest of all three men, and the crimes that they have committed or alleged to have committed
In the list, one of the men has committed burglary, while another is wanted on prison recall.
Here are the faces of the three that have connections to the North East:
Jack Reece Quinn
Jack Reece Quinn is wanted on emergency prison recall, the recall was issued Jan 2021 and he remains wanted. He has links to South Tyneside, North Tyneside, Northumberland, Durham, South Yorkshire and Leicestershire.
Quinn is described as ‘stocky’ build with short cropped brown hair. He also has a tattoo on his neck.
He is also known as Dean Quinn, Jack Quinn, Jack Riseborough, Jack Reece McKenna Quinn.

Brett Thirlwall
Brett Thirlwall is wanted by Northumbria Police. He is fully aware he is wanted and despite many enquiries, he has yet to be apprehended. Brett Thirlwall continues to avoid both police and other agencies.
He has links to Bedlington, Ashington, Cramlington, North Seaton, Blyth and Morpeth. Also the Lemington area of Newcastle.
He is aged between 30 and 35, has brown hair and a beard.

Laurence Connors
Hailing from Otley in West Yorkshire, Connors has links to the North East and North Yorkshire.
Police are appealing for information to help locate Connors, who is wanted for a burglary in December 2020.
Despite extensive enquiries made to trace Connors, 27, officers have been unable to locate him and are appealing to the public to assist.
He’s got an irish accent and has brown hair.
